What classes do you offer and for what ages?
We offer a variety of classes for all ages. Including Cheerleading (mini cheer, performance cheer & competition cheer), Gymnastics (tumbling, beginner, intermediate & advanced classes), Fitness (open gym, dance fitness/zumba), Dance (ballet technique, little lyrical, advanced lyrical, beginner hip-hop, advanced hip-hop), & Play classes for babies, toddlers and our friends with special needs.
Do I need previous experience?
No previous experience is necessary! Cosmic is an inclusive space that welcomes all skill levels. We have lots of experience and the perfect space with a variety of equipment to help make your goals a reality!
What do I need to bring?

You do not need to bring anything with you. Come as you are. Comfortable athletic attire that doesn't restrict your movement, with hair pulled backed, is encouraged. It is a good idea to bring a water bottle although it is not necessary as we do have a water fountain and fridge on site. Come with a positive attitude and get ready to shine like never before!
