Whether it is a celebrated part of a culture, or simply something done for pure enjoyment, there’s a wonderful feeling that one gets from the art of movement.Our mission at Cosmic Studios is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance and fitness classes, but a safe and unique environment in which students can grow both mentally and physically. Our highly trained and skilled instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience in teaching and performing various styles and techniques. COSMIC CLASSES

Cheerleading -

Ignite your team spirit with high-energy cheerleading classes for ages 4 and up, that combine stunts, jumps, dance and captivating choreography. Perfect for building confidence, coordination, showmanship and teamwork.

The perfect way to develop strength, gain flexibility, and balance through structured gymnastics training for all ages and skill levels. From tumbling basics to advanced routines, every gymnastics class inspires progress and fun. We have a spring floor, gymnastics mats, beams, bars and more.

Fitness -

Exciting ways to get fit at Cosmic including our fun teen/adult dance fitness (zumba style) classes. Enjoy empowering fitness sessions designed to build confidence, boost your endurance, tone muscles, and enhance your overall health and wellness. Classes blend stretching, cardio, strength, weights/bands and flexibility for a full-body experience.

Dance -

Express creativity through movement with dance classes in multiple styles, including our beginner baller technique class, lyrical and hip-hop classes for ages 4 to adult. We also offer competitive dance, this includes traveling to various competitions for dance groups and soloists. Each class encourages movement, rhythm, confidence, and self-expression.

Play -

Interactive play classes for babies, toddlers and those with special needs. The opportunity to play, dance, tumble, work on their balance all while having fun using equipment without the “commitment” of other classes. Parties -

Cosmic is the perfect place for your next big event! With a beautiful space you can make your own, plenty of parking, a giant room with lots of fun equipment and sensory items to keep the littles entertained, a large room in the back with tables and chairs, two bathrooms, a kitchenette area, glow party supplies and MORE!
